We hold ourselves and everyone we work with to high ethical standards across every Derek Dean Hama venture — Bridge Point, DeanFlow Systems, AI4 Schools, Adehyea Systems, CiC and the Digital Partnership programme. If you have witnessed or experienced behaviour that violates the law, our values or our policies, we want to hear about it.
What you can report
- Fraud, bribery, corruption or financial misconduct
- Harassment, discrimination or abuse of power
- Data, privacy or security breaches
- Conflicts of interest or breaches of our code of conduct
- Health, safety or environmental concerns
- Any other serious wrongdoing connected to our work
How to report
Reports are received directly by the founder's office and reviewed confidentially. You may report by name or anonymously — both are taken equally seriously.

Identifying details are restricted to the investigator only.
Our promise
No one acting in good faith will face retaliation, dismissal or any negative consequence for raising a concern. Every report is acknowledged within 7 days and investigated promptly, proportionately and impartially.
